Momentum Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Momentum rewards program ("Momentum") lets eligible Panda Casino players earn points on qualifying play and exchange them for bonus credits and rewards. Momentum is operated by TigerGen Limited and is subject to these terms together with our Terms & Conditions. Participation is optional and free.

Eligibility

• You must have a verified Panda Casino account, be 19 or older, and be located in Ontario.
• Accounts that are self-excluded, closed or under review do not earn or redeem points.
• Momentum is for personal, non-commercial use; abuse may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of points.

Earning points

You earn Momentum points on qualifying real-money play. Earn rates may vary by game type and are shown in your account. Bonus-funded wagers, cancelled or voided bets, and certain low-margin games may earn at a reduced rate or not at all. Points have no cash value and are not transferable.

Tiers

Momentum has tiers that unlock additional benefits as you play. Your tier is based on points earned within the relevant period. Tier benefits, thresholds and review periods are shown in your account and may be updated from time to time.

Redeeming rewards

You can exchange points for available rewards, such as bonus credits, from your account. Rewards may carry their own conditions, including wagering requirements and expiry, which are shown at the time of redemption. Bonus credits are governed by the bonus terms in our Terms & Conditions.

Expiry & forfeiture

Points may expire after a period of account inactivity, as stated in your account. Points and rewards are forfeited if your account is closed, if you self-exclude, or if points were earned through error, fraud or breach of these terms.

Changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue Momentum, or change earn rates, tiers, rewards and thresholds, at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued participation after changes take effect means you accept them.
