Who can play on Panda Casino?+
You must be 19 years of age or older and physically located in the Province of Ontario. You may hold only one account, registered in your own legal name. We verify age, identity and location as required by the AGCO.
Is Panda Casino legal in Ontario?+
Panda Casino is operated by TigerGen Limited, which is registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under registration No. OPIG1337313 and offers online gaming in Ontario under an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario.
How do I create an account?+
Select Join now and complete the three-step form: your legal name, date of birth, email and mobile number; then your Ontario address, postal code and a password; then a deposit limit and the required confirmations — that you are 19+, physically in Ontario, not self-excluded, and that you accept our Terms, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. See our Get Started guide for the full walkthrough.
Why do I need to verify my identity?+
It is a condition of our AGCO registration: we have to confirm every player's age and identity. How the data is stored is described in the Privacy Policy.
What payment methods can I use?+
Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Deposit only with a method registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted under our AGCO registration. Withdrawals are returned to the method you deposited with wherever possible, and may require identity verification before funds are released.
How do bonuses and wagering work?+
Bonuses are optional and carry wagering (play-through) requirements and other conditions shown when you claim. Bonus funds and winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are met.
How do I set limits or take a break?+
Under My Account → Play limits you can set deposit, loss and time limits, choose a reality-check interval, or take a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. Decreases apply immediately; increases take 24 hours and must then be confirmed again. To stop across every operator in Ontario, register with BetGuard — 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent, effective immediately.
Where can I get help with gambling?+
Free, confidential help is available 24/7 in Ontario from ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600. The Problem Gambling Institute of Ontario (problemgambling.ca) and the Responsible Gambling Council (responsiblegambling.org) also offer free resources. See our Responsible Gaming page for every tool on your account and a self-assessment.
How do I make a complaint?+
Contact our support team first — we acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 10. If you are not satisfied, ask for an internal review by our Player Complaints Manager, and you will get a final written position within 30 days. After that you can escalate to iGaming Ontario, then to the AGCO — see Contact AGCO — and, for a specific gaming transaction, to the independent dispute resolution service. The full procedure is in section 17 of the Terms & Conditions.
